When I say this woman was an awesome realtor and person to work with, it is definitely an understatement! Michaela was and is very professional, she works for you, very down to earth, caters to your needs, and gets the job done! I can’t even begin to describe how great of a realtor Michaela is and was for my husband and I! She was always available be it morning, noon or night and she never turned down a request to see a house even if it was on a Saturday or Sunday which I am not sure a lot of realtors would do. We always felt like Michaela had our best interests in mind from the very moment we met her until the day of our closing. She not only helped us sell our existing house but she also helped us find our perfect new house that we absolutely love. I would more than recommend her to anyone who asks now and in the future! Michaela was absolutely fantastic! I started looking for a house in August/September this past year and she got me closed before the year ended. We looked at a bunch of houses and she was well informed in helping me find possible ones I could afford that had the features I wanted. She was always available send me info on properties and she was so attentive (despite how busy she is) I felt like I was her only client! Also she had plenty of quality references for inspections and financing so I had a very easy and stress free experience the whole way through! Very impressed by my experience, Michaela is professional, friendly, and honest, and I am thrilled to be living in my own new home now 🙂

How This Website Works

Here’s how this website works. When a real estate agent works with a seller and receives a signed agreement to list their home in the MLS (Multiple Listing Service), the agent goes to work on photos and details. Once he puts it into the MLS system, the property then syndicates to all websites offering a homes database like this one.

In Minnesota, once the home is under contract, which means the seller has received and accepted an offer, the home is marked in the MLS as contingent. We work hard to only show you properties that are active and not yet marked as contingent. A pending listing will be one that is ready to close pending something specific such as bank financing, inspections, another home sale etc.

There’s always a chance that property has received an offer. The best way to know is to contact us right away if you see a home you like. We can check with the listing agent to verify current status of the property.
